Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Sable Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
