Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Cedar Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Honolulu, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our escalation handling. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on loan files issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
