Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Wren Banking Services is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on escalation handling for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
