Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Columbus, OH)

Summit Willow Staffing is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on escalation handling for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 675 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
