Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
