Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Vale Financial Group is a financial-services company in Colorado Springs, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our escalation handling. You would join a large organisation of about 661 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on regulatory reports issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
