Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Field Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer onboarding issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
