Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Cleveland, OH)

Amberfield Sable Staffing is a Cleveland staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on escalation handling. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on candidate screening issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
