Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Iron Financial Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on escalation handling for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on vendor spend issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
