Customer Success Manager - escalation handling (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing Group is a Atlanta staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our escalation handling. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
