Customer Success Manager - contractor accounts (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Amber Construction coordinates materials delivery for construction crews across Mississippi, and our smaller contractor customers are the ones who need the most hand-holding. We are hiring a customer success manager who can work from Jackson or from home. What you will do • Look after about 80 contractor accounts: onboarding, delivery scheduling issues, invoice disputes. • Call customers before a late delivery reaches them, not after. • Keep account notes so a driver, a dispatcher and you all see the same story. What helps • Three years in customer service, dispatch or account management. • Familiarity with how construction schedules slip. Full-time, remote-friendly within Mississippi. We hold a standing Monday call and otherwise trust you to run your day.
