Customer Success Manager - commercial accounts (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas plans to small businesses across Oklahoma, and our commercial customers need someone who picks up the phone and knows their account. This is a part-time customer success position based in Oklahoma City, about 24 hours a week. Your days • Own a book of roughly 60 small-business accounts: bill questions, contract renewals, usage spikes. • Walk new customers through their first invoice so it does not come as a surprise. • Flag repeat outage or billing complaints to operations with the details already written up. What helps • Two or more years in customer success, account management or utility billing. • You can explain a demand charge in plain language. You will work in our Oklahoma City office three days a week and from home on the others. We schedule around school hours where we can.
