Customer Success Manager - account health (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Thistle Insurance Group is an insurance company in Virginia Beach with claims and service teams, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on claims issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
