Customer Success Manager - account health (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tulsa, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on card disputes issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
