Customer Success Manager - account health (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Willow Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Toledo region, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
