Customer Success Manager - account health (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Nest Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Tampa region. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
