Customer Success Manager - account health (Tampa, FL)

Summit Keystone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Tampa focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on network equipment issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
