Customer Success Manager - account health (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Pine Financial is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
