Customer Success Manager - account health (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the St. Louis region, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on timekeeping issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
