Customer Success Manager - account health (Spokane, WA)

Nova Meadow Markets Group is a Spokane retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of about 230 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on online orders issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
