Customer Success Manager - account health (Savannah, GA)

Redstone River Markets Partners is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on shrink and waste issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
