Customer Success Manager - account health (San Diego, CA)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Diego focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. We invest in training. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service installations issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
