Customer Success Manager - account health (San Antonio, TX)

Stonegate Union Banking Services is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on deposit accounts issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
