Customer Success Manager - account health (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Iron Insurance and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on customer complaints issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
