Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Summit Sable Staffing places workers with employers around Jacksonville, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
