Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on card disputes issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
