Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Stonegate Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Louisville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on branch operations issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
