Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Amberfield Mill Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage response issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
