Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Stonegate Quill Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Rochester region, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on usage data issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
