Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Bright Amber Staffing places workers with employers around Sacramento, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on temp assignments issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
