Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Harborlight Quarry Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Spokane focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on network equipment issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
