Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Westbrook Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on outage reports issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
