Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Amberfield Granite Staffing Group is a Buffalo staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on onboarding issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
