Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Summit Iron Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 409 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on catastrophe response issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
