Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Willow Insurance and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be account health. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on claims issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
