Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Foxglove Clear Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around New Orleans, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on hardship programmes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
