Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Summit Kestrel Staffing is a Birmingham staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a large organisation of about 614 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on timekeeping issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
