Customer Success Manager - account health (remote)

Amberfield Ember Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Jose, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
