Customer Success Manager - account health (Portland, OR)

Nova Rowan Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Portland, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on billing accounts issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
