Customer Success Manager - account health (Portland, OR)

Lumen Timber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Portland. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on policy renewals issues. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
