Customer Success Manager - account health (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Birch Energy Group and adding a Customer Success Manager whose main responsibility will be account health. You would join a large organisation of about 305 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on usage data issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
