Customer Success Manager - account health (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Vista Staffing is a Orlando staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on retention issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
