Customer Success Manager - account health (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Maple Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from New Orleans. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a large organisation of about 331 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
