Customer Success Manager - account health (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Maple Financial Group is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
