Customer Success Manager - account health (Miami, FL)

Cedar Iron Insurance is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on underwriting files issues. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
