Customer Success Manager - account health (Madison, WI)

Lumen Glen Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Madison. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Madison. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on loan files issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
