Customer Success Manager - account health (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to take on account health. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on claims issues. What we are looking for • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
