Customer Success Manager - account health (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Associates is an energy provider in Little Rock focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on service connections issues. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Ability to explain technical topics simply. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
