Customer Success Manager - account health (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Granite Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Las Vegas, and we need a Customer Success Manager to lead our account health. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on payment disputes issues. What we are looking for • Excellent communication and follow-through. • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
