Customer Success Manager - account health (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Meadow Markets is looking for a Customer Success Manager. The job centres on account health for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Check in regularly, listen for problems and fix them quickly. • Look after a portfolio of customer accounts from setup through renewal. • Prepare simple reviews showing what the customer gets from us. • Record feedback and help shape what we improve next. • Coordinate with support, billing and operations on promotions issues. What we are looking for • Comfort with a CRM and simple reports. • Two or more years in customer success, account management or service. • Excellent communication and follow-through. Nice to have • Ability to explain technical topics simply. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
